Description
After Michel-Leonard Beguine, French, 1855 to 1929, a bronze figural sculpture of a fairy holding a scepter and standing on a globe titile Le Printemps. Signed on the globe. Circa the early 20th century. Michel-Leonard Beguine often appeared in foreign exhibitions, in Chicago, Saint-Louis, Brussels and Munich. He was a member of the Committee and Jury of the Salon of French Artists in Paris and was made a Knight of the Legion of Honor in 1904. Antique French Sculptures for Collectors.
