A rare Weller Pottery art tile/trivet of a Dutch landscape scene in metallic Lasa glaze, signed Art Wagner lower right, size 6 in. square x 1/2 in. thick, c. 1920. Koval's "Collector's Guide to American Art Potteyr", describes the Lasa glaze line as metallic glazes in gold, redish gold and often with silver backgrounds, in landscape decorations done between 1900 -1925, and created by Art Wagner. Wagner later worked for the American Encaustic Tiling Co., and Mosaic Tile Co.

Overall good condition with some glaze rub along edges from a previous framing, a couple of tiny edge bites.
