George II mahogany library armchair, ex-Rosenbach, 1740-1780, England, the rectangular padded back, armrests and trapezoidal seat upholstered in a textured blue and cream velvet, the arm supports carved with foliage, on cabriole legs carved with lions-head masks on the knee, terminating in paw feet, 39"h x 32"w x 28"d, 17" (to seat)
