Frank A St. Sure 1st Tennessee Artillery Confederate Officer's Civil War POW letter, amnesty, & parole documents (4 pcs), including an undated POW letter to his father sent from Governor's Island, asking for help obtaining suitable clothing, an 1865 signed Amnesty Oath, an office of the Provost Martial Paroled Prisoner travel voucher to his home in Memphis, TN, an Office of the Provost Martial permission to wear his uniform for 4 days upon arrival, sold with a William St Sure 1861 15th Wisconsin State Militia appointment (possibly a relative), folds, stains, tears
