New York, circa 1790; upper case with broken arch pediment with eagle finial, flanked by flame finials and carved rosettes on pediment, dental molded and carved geometric relief molding over two paneled doors, with adjustable interior shelving, lower case with fall front door with fitted interior, over four long graduated drawers, with gadrooned skirt, on ball and claw feet, 100 in. H.

Additional comments added on 4/28/2023: Age appropriate wear from use, appears to have original hardware, veneer patches above each drawer lock. Cabinet has been refinished. This is in good condition for age and a classic example of New York period furniture.
