Description

Antique c1860 Ohio Star Quilt measuring 70 x 90 inches. Comprised of 30 Ohio star blocks 11x11", set on point, 5 by 6, with brown print alternating squares and setting triangles. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There is a thick cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the front brought to the back and applied by hand. There are several earlier fabrics in this quilt including chintz and Prussian blue. It is in fair condition with spots and overall edge wear and some fabric deterioration. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
