JAPANESE MEIJI / TAISHO-PERIOD IMARI PORCELAIN TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, each featuring underglaze blue designs with polychrome hand-painted decorations, comprising a bowl featuring central image of two figures in a boat/house with crashing waves outside and ho-o/houou birds to border, and a matching pair of 11" D octagonal plates featuring a central floral design with cartouches of ho-o/houou birds. Unmarked. Second half 19th/early 20th century. 3 1/4" HOA.

One octagonal plate undamaged, except each having some minute scattered wear to enamel decorations; bowl having rim hairline; remaining octagonal plate with rim hairline.Â
