ENGLISH "ADAMS STYLE" STERLING SILVER WEIGHTED CANDLESTICKS, SET OF FOUR, each with a single capital topped by an original bobeche insert, raised on a squared tapered stem with a squared pedestal-type foot, featuring all-over Neoclassical-style raised decoration with chased accents including ram's heads to stem, foliate garlands, and covered urns to foot. Each impressed to edge of base with unidentified "L BRS" maker's mark and three hallmarks of a lion passant for sterling fineness, a leopard's head city mark for London, and an "m" date mark for 1927, bobeches also impressed with maker's mark, lion passant, and city mark. Total weight of bobeches: 5.125 ozt. Circa 1927. One 12" HOA.

Good to very good overall condition with some wear and other imperfections including surface scratches, nicks, dents mostly minute/small in size, and slight worn spots to raised decoration; one candlestick sits slightly unevenly.
