Description
An early 20th-century English gilt sterling silver cutlery set. A total of 6 dessert spoons. The spoon bowls have embossed shell design covered with cobalt blue enamel. The handles are set with polished onyx stones. Birmingham assay mark, lion passant guardant or Britannia, letter A for the year 1924, H.C.D hallmark, hand-engraved inscription Made in England are on the backs of the spoons. H.C.D stands for Henry Clifford Davis. Total Weight: 50 grams. The set comes in original box. Collectible Vermeil Silverware, Flatware And Cutlery, Tableware.
