Description
DESCRIPTION: A Segundo Huertas (Argentina, 1923-2010) signed original oil painting on board depicting a seascape landscape with sailing boat as central motif and distant seashore and blue sky as a backdrop. Signed Huertas on the lower right bottom corner. Framed. Huertas arrived in Chicago from San Juan, Argentina in June 1965. He built a reputation for himself as a artist in his own country as well as in Uruguay and Brazil. His paintings have received several first prizes in national competitions in South American countries.
