A cased set of twelve silver-plated animal form knife rests

Knife rests formed as pairs of running foxes, hares, deer, hounds, Dachshunds and pigs, in the original silk-lined box, length longest 11cm. (12)

All pieces in a similar condition, with all over surface wear and with fine scratches and contact marks to the surfaces. Used condition.
Plating worn across the surfaces exposing the surface underneath, mainly to the tips and high points.
Elongated nose to one of the figures is chewed up!. Ears on another with small dents, also to this one the ? long tail is broken off and missing.
Some other ears with small knocks.
Original box is a little tatty. Material on the inside is threaded along the hinge section as visible in the online image.
Outer surface of box is dirty and heavily scuffed and pieces of the surface missing (see image).
