An antique Japanese Meiji period cloisonne enameled charger decorated with multicolored collage like landscape picture with a scrolled wire ornamentation to the back. After Namikawa Sosuke, 1847 to 1910, who was a Japanese cloisonne artist, known for innovations that developed cloisonné enamel into an artistic medium sharing many features with paintings.
