Wooden frame measures 17 5/8" x 14" x 1" and exhibits small nicks throughout and scratches around the edges. Not inspected out of frame. "Overgaden neden vandet" (1972) by Danish artist Mads Stage (1922 - 2004). Stage print signed in pencil by artist. Art measures 10" x 12" by sight and is in excellent condition. Metal frame measures 16 1/2" x 20 1/2" x 1" and is in very fine condition with a few scratches at the edges. Not inspected out of frame. "Near the Water" (2015) by Chilean-Israeli artist Alex Perez. Serigraph in color on wove paper. Signed in pencil. From the artist proof edition of 75 (#49). Certificate by Park West Gallery (Dover, DE) included. Art measures 13 1/2" x 10 1/4" by sight and is in excellent condition. Wooden frame measures 17 3/4 x 14 3/4" x 1" and is in very fine conditon. Not inspected out of frame. "Honfleur-Le Quai Ste Catherine" (2000) by French artist Pierre Eugene Cambier (1914 - 2000). Serigraph in color on Arches Blanc paper. Signed in pencil by the artist. From the edition of 350 (#241). Certificate by Park West Gallery (Southfield, MI) included. Artwork measures approximately 10 3/4" x 9" and is in excellent condition. Metal frame measures 15 5/8" x 14" x 1 1/4" and is in very fine condition with the exception of some abraisions on the bottom portion of frame. "Tranquility" (2000) by English artist Andrew Warden. Serigraph in color on wove paper. Signed in pencil by artist. From the edition of 650 (#528). Photocopy of original Park West Gallery (Southfield, MI) certificate included. Label affixed to back of frame indicates a Park West registration number of 100385.0456. Artwork measures 23" x 13 1/2" by sight and is in excellent condition. Wooden frame measures 29" x 19" x 3/4". There is, most notably, a scrape in the finish at top right, but is in very fine condition overall. "Two Femmes au Jardin a Theoule" (2000) by French artist Jean-Claude Picot (1933 - 2020). Seriolithograph in color on paper. Signed in the plate. From the edition of 9,500. Park West Gallery (Southfield, MI) certificate included. Art measures 21 1/4" x 17 1/2" by sight and is in excellent condition. The wooden/plastic frame measures 26" x 20" x 1' and is in fine condition but exhibits some scuffing and chipping in the finish in spots. Two oil on canvas works by the same artist (Schmidt?). One of the town of Rothenburg, the other a rural German landscape. Both pieces measure 20" x 16". The artwork is in fair condition. Both exhibit storage impressions. The landscape painting has several indentations in the work as well, predominantly in the upper lefthand corner. The matching wooden frames measure 28" x 24" and exhibit nicks and scuffs but are overall fine. Not inspected out of frame. Dutch windmill landscape (by A. Dean?). Oil on board. Artwork measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" by sight and is in very fine condition. The wooden frame measures 13" x 15" x 2". Large shipping items. Please inquire regarding shipping rates prior to bidding.
