As John F. Kennedy's official photographer during his election campaign and presidency, Jacques Lowe documented formal government affairs as well as more personal moments. This 1960 image captured JFK and Jackie on summer vacation at the Kennedy family compound in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, just a few months before he was elected the 35th President of the United States.

Although this photograph has not been examined out of its frame, it appears to be in generally very good condition. There is a sharp crease at the lower right margin corner that overlaps with ¾-inch area of the image. When examined in raking light, there are a few scattered, soft impressions in the lower right quadrant. Sold framed: 16 x 19 in.
