cylindrical, featuring a continuous scene with two scholars and a lady and child seated on a balcony, overlooking a landscape with blossoming trees,?incised Yi Zhuge mark to the underside; height: 14.5 cm (5 3/4 in.), diameter: 9.7 cm (3 7/8 in.)

Acquired in Harbin by the great-granduncle of the present owner, 1930s
Thence by descent in the family to a Private Collection in New York

CONDITION
The brush pot appears in very good original condition. Beyond endemic bubbles to the glass, no significant issues apparent to the naked eye. Inspection under UV light shows no apparent signs of restorations or repairs.
