May benefit from some minimal cleaning because there were several cats in the house. This lot is not available for our "in-house" shipping service. It can be picked up locally, or we can take it to the UPS Store for their Pack & Ship service. Please be advised that UPS often charges a minimum of $100 for their packing and shipping service, and their cost increases as the size of the item and shipping distance increases.
