Description
A Chinese embroidery painting of Thangka, dating from the 19th century. The Buddha is seated on lotus with legs crosses and has both palms facing outwards. Ornate jewelry on the Buddha highlighted with gilt color. There is a gilt ring around the Buddha and a halo. Elaborately framed with double window and gold colored wooden frame.
Thangka only. H. 12 1/4" (31. cm), W. 8 1/2" (21.6 cm)
