Arm has all original hardware, horn cradle, and wood finish. Average condition. Original lower cast-iron support arms both with original nickel plating with some rust, pitting, and oxidization. Original bullet brake. Older high-quality reproduction winding crank. Crank escutcheon is missing center bushing. Motor winds and runs. Desirable oversized Victor horn 27" long and 13.75" brass bell. Bell is in good condition (not dented or wrinkled). Black steel body has original paint and decal. Decal is well-worn and weak. Overall good condition with a few minor scrapes and wrinkles.
