Description
George Unite, United Kingdom. Mid-19th c. condiment set including two taller lidded vessels, two vessels with hinged lids and handles and with cobalt blue glass inserts, four vessels with cobalt blue glass inserts, and five small serving spoons. Each marked with maker's marks, city and country marks, and dated ca. 1846-47. One spoon is marked Elizabeth Eaton, two spoons are marked with an S,W, and H.
Height ranges from 1 1/2 in to 3 1/4 in; diameter ranges from 1 1/2 in to 2 1/4 in. Spoons; length ranges from 2 1/2 in to 4 1/4 in. Gross weight of sterling: 11.4 Troy oz.

Condition
The items are in generally good condition with no major cracks or chips, or visible losses. Light wear throughout, consistent with age and use. Light oxidation as expected. Three of the glass inserts have a crack and a chip to the rim. One of the two taller lidded vessels has a minute dent to the exterior. Scratches to the exterior of the glass inserts, against the silver components. Wear to the box; the clip works smoothly. No visible sign of restoration when inspected under UV light.
