Item Details
Description
A lot of two bayonets, one a German M1898/05 manufactured by Simson & Co., the other a French M1874 Gras bayonet manufactured by Chattelerault in February of 1880. The M1898/05 comes with its scabbard but no belt frog and still retains the "high ears" on the guard. There is finish damage throughout and some surface rust and pitting although that is primarily around the handle. The M1874 does not include any of its accessories and has suffered heavy finish wear throughout with some light pitting.
