Pair of Fine George III Mahogany Armchairs, After a Design by Hepplewhite

38 x 23 x 19 in., height of seat 19 in.

Provenance: By repute, The Collection of Max Webber.

Condition

Wear is consistent with age and use. Both with repairs to the backrests and splats. One with a loose right armrest. One with excessive nicks to the front right leg. Slight staining to the upholstery. Both structurally sound, and beautifully carved.
