VICTORIAN / OTHER SILVER-PLATED ARTICLES, LOT OF FOUR,comprising a jewel box by John Carrow of Philadelphia having a single drawer that opens when handle is pushed back, a two-tiered box, possibly a biscuit box, by Middletown Plate Co. of Middletown and Meriden, CT having a mechanism that opens the top and lower lids and topped by an open salt or small well, and two mirrored plateaus. Both boxes marked. Late 19th/early 20th century.Jewel box 8" HOA.

Condition
Mostly in good to very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including slight bending, nicks, and/or worn spots/losses to silver; jewel box with losses to decorative elements at medial of handle; two-tiered box with one end to a hinge lacking securing nut so it is unsecure, but lids still open.
