There is slight paper warping on very top of piece, which is most visible along the top mat. This paper warping could be from artist's process, as there does not seem to be any humidity issues to painting. There are no signs of mold or other damage. The top right corner does have some residue, which looks to be like rust or something not original to the piece. If looking at the piece on a wall, this would not stand out as anything significant and could have been done by artist. This is a handsome example.
