Chinese Doucai Dragon Porcelain Zun Vase. Potted in a Zun shaped vase, thick and large, a drum abdomen enlarge on shoulder, short cylindrical neck, and raised on round foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against DouCai design color, depicted of five claws imperial dragon soaring amidst flames, vapors, chasing blazing pearl amidst scrolling cumulus clouds, with face toward the heavens. The backdrop depicts swirling wind and fire painted atop a beautiful white under glaze. Which attracting unceasingly admiration. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years of Yongzheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
