Three etchings, the first by Elisha Kent Kane Wetherill, (United States 1874 - 1929) "Grandfather and Granddaughter" c. 1910, etching and drypoint, ed. unknown but probably fewer than 40, a young girl stands at her grandfather's shoulder, signed with pencil and inscribed "imp" along lower border, printed by artist in black ink on light cream laid paper with generous but irregular margins, framed and matted behind glass, waving of paper, overall foxing, small tear on lower border, ss: 5" h. x 5 1/2" w.; along with one by William Strasser (Austria / United States, 1875 - 1944) "Self Portrait at writing desk" c. 1900, etching, ed. unknown, uncommon, a man sits at a desk, surrounded by paper and tools, pencil signed lower right corner, printed in black in on cream paper, with margin, as issued, framed and matted behind glass, mat burn, waving of paper, ss: 12 1/2" h. x 13 3/4" w.; and the last by Galen Mercer, Sr. (United States, 1889- after 1950) "An Idyll" c. 1935, etching, Ed: unknown, uncommon, signed in pencil lower right, title lower left, printed in black ink on cream laid paper, with apparent full margins, two deer stand at a river's edge, under a tree, a hunter stands across the bank, framed and matted behind glass, ss: 8 1/2" h. x 12" w.
