Description
A diorama of the landscape view of the south eastern side of George Washington's Mount Vernon mansion home. The scene includes the south balustrade and porch, which was constructed by Bushrod Washington, George Washington's nephew, and was removed in the 1930s. The pecan tree in front of the porch was also removed to protect the mansion in 2014. Artist name and date written on verso with pencil. Frame: 13 1/8" x 19 3/4".Very good not examined out of glass.
