Japanese Lacquered Four-Case Inro - Ivory Inlay - Signed - Japanese Edo period gold lacquer four case inro which is signed on the base. Depicts a man with a sword in his belt holding a fan over his head in one hand and another fan lowered behind his back on one side of the Inro. The other side shows a man in haste reaching out his arm with a branch of olives. Ivory inlay make up the faces of these men. The kinji ground is decorated in gold and coloured hiramaki-e and takamaki-e with use of gold foil. Measures 2.75" x 2.5". Ships from Las Vegas, NV.
