An ancient Roman gold coin Aureus - Marcus Aurelius, the reign of Antoninus Pius, 138 to 161. The obverse features the bust of Marcus Aurelius, bare-headed, draped, the lettering is AVRELIVS CAES ANTON AVG PII F.
