Made by Kyser & Rex Company. Frankford, Pennsylvania - 1880's. Two boys have discovered a watermelon patch in a neighbor's yard. A guard dog is sleeping in his doghouse rather than watching over the crop in front of him. The boy on his stomach inches forward, hoping to grab a melon before the dog wakes up.
