Paris Porcelain Part Tea Service, Late 19thc. Comprising; teapot and stand, covered sugar, cream jug, wastebowl, two square plates, 7 teacups and 8 saucers, all decorated with colorful hand painted floral sprays reserved on a pale blue ground with gilded embellishments.
Dimensions: Wastebowl 8 in. dia.
Condition: Teapot with good old restoration to knop finial and handle, gilding wear from age and use, otherwise very good.
Sold at Christie's sale; The Remaining Contents of Katewood, the Estate of Emery May Holden Norweb, Bratenahl, Ohio, September 25, 1984.
