In a simple black molded commercial frame with double mat under glass.

Nude: Gouache and pencil on paper. Surface accretion upper right. Soft handling crease upper right. Upper center extreme edge slightly bent. The paper slipped in the mat with the upper edge visible. Not examined out of the frame. No further condition issues to report.

In a lightly gilt over red clay bole and gesso carved and distressed frame with linen mat under glass.

Houses: Gouache and pencil on paper. Right and lower edges deckled. A 1 in. area of scattered scratches and paint loss upper right. Not examined out of the frame. No further condition issues to report.

San Francisco Bay Bridge: Felt tip marker on paper. A few small spots of staining and errant ink scattered in the background. Handling creases and soiling in the background.
