Condition
Each in overall good condition. The colors fresh. Slight surface soiling and occasional pale staining commensurate with age and use. Three examples with a small patch of glue residue in the blank to the right of center from the now-missing stickers already described, the largest approximately 0.375" H x 0.625" W. The image of the woman with a black hat with a pinhead-sized pressure mark in the blank near the center of the right edge. Each example with wear, creases or losses along the extreme edges, concentrated mostly at the corners. The illustration boards are each loose, not mounted.
Each unframed
Notes: All but the image of the woman with the black hat are hand-numbered, verso. The numbers are #508; 1304C; and 1322A. Condition reports are offered as a courtesy and are typically published in Moran's catalogue or can be made available upon request. The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from defects or restoration, nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of others. Buyers are responsible for determining to their own satisfaction the true nature and condition of any lot prior to bidding. Though buyers are not legally required to inspect lots prior to purchase, failure to do so may constitute a waiver of complaint that an item was not delivered in a condition equal to the existent condition at the auction.
