In overall stable usable condition. All keys strike and return when pressed. The case with area of veneer loss at left side of front. A few other areas of restoration to veneer along rim of case. Four of the six legs with age splits running vertically through meridian. Appears to not impact stability of piano. Correspondance from 1988 shows a full professional refurbishing including resotration to cracks in soundboard preformed by Timothy Farley of Wisconsin. Evidence of restoration to soundboard visible.
