The figures are carved with great detail and stand atop handsome bases having been well carved and gessoed with gilt surface as well. The surface of each figure is colorfully gilded. Some slight surface losses to gesso consistent with age. H57" W19" Sold from the collection of a Camden/Kiawah Island, South Carolina couple.
