Weidlich Brothers Silver Plated Candlestick Holders Pair circa 1922 by WB MFG Co. Each piece stands 10 inches tall.The Weidlich Brothers Manufacturing Company was established in Bridgeport, Connecticut by brothers Louis W. and Charles E. Weidlich in 1905. Louis was trained as a die sinker, while Charles worked in the Wheeler and Wilson Manufacturing Company’s sewing machine factory, however, the pair’s new venture specialized in the manufacture of gold and silver plated wares.The candlestick holders are an old French silver design - very ornately detailed with a couple, man and a woman and a variety of florals. They have a pewter finish for a cottage core farmhouse look.
