Description

This lot consists of two framed modern works of Pennsylvania German artwork. The Small work is cut paper and watercolor in a "fancy grained frame by Claudia and Carroll J. Hopf", with a label en verso. The Frame on this Piece measures 6 3/4" Square. The larger is a theorem painting on velvet, depicting a primitive image of a girl with a horse toy. The Back side reads, "Traditional frame by Dick and Marie De Vertu (or similar)". It is Signed and dated 1983 in the lower right. The Frame on this Piece measures 13 1/2" x 11".
