DESCRIPTION: Up for auction is a signed, limited edition color lithograph by American artist Judy Chicago titled Mary Queen of Scots. The piece dates from 1973 and was produced by Cirrus Editions, Los Angeles. Only 40 copies of the lithograph were produced. This is copy number 2. The lithograph is pencil signed, titled, dated, and numbered by Chicago. The Cirrus Editions blind stamp is also present.
PROVENANCE: The print was purchased in 1983 at the Pierce Art Workshop in Issaquah, Washington. A copy of the hand-written receipt will be included with the sale of this lithograph.
