Fabulous, Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong dragon sgraffito douqing glazed porcelain vase. The porcelain shaped into a traditional Meiping form, thick potted, with a narrow base, wide body, slender neck easing to form a petite opening, with emerging slight ring line mouth rim, raised on round flat foot base. All reserved in douqing underglaze base color, pale-turquoise- pale green celadon underglaze ground, the green glaze creates a mottled effect around the rim which is likened unto the blushing of human pale white skin. The immaculate porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze, amazing crackling effect throughout the underglaze which produces fantastic a smooth textured surface. Meticulous finish sgraffito with snarling five claws imperial dragon careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-Shui waves to chasing flaming pearl amidst flames. Carving beneath the attractive olive green monochrome glazed covers the delicate clay, showing silky smooth sheen and conforming the dragon design. The immaculate porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze. The porcelain conformed all required specimen to be high valued Chinese porcelain wares, with finest material, the whiteness, the glaze, and the carving. Without overlap the outlines of the design, well carved, clear, subtle, distinct, and the shape is uniformly proportioned.
