This is 1915 seventeenth edition of Karl Baedeker's London and Its Environs (487 body pages, plus and extensive set of fold-out Plans of London).
This is in very good overall condition, with scuffs to the cover (app. 6.25" x 4.5"), faded lettering to the spine, and slight bumps to the outside corners, but no substantial stains, and a secure connection at the spine.
There are no stamps or other attachments, and no writings or notations. The binding is tight, with no loose or missing pages. There are shallow edge tears to several maps and other fold-out illustrations, but no deep tears, no stains, and no fade to the art or lettering. The pages are clean throughout.
