(for Tom Brammer, the designer) l.c.; together with two 19th C., lithographs; the first of the Government House, New York City, based on an original drawing by W.J. Condit, and a painting by Charles Milbourne, 1797, printed in 1847 by H.R. Robinson; the second a Prang's chromolithograph of the painting "Spring Time" by A.J. van Wygaerdt; 3 pieces total
