Description
Hannah Wilke (American, 1940-1993). Silkscreen on paper titled "In the Doghouse," 1973, depicting a linear background with blocks of pastel colors overlaid with an image of a dog resting in his house, looking at a pair of birds on his water bowl. Numbered 2/50 in pencil along the lower left. Signed and dated '73 in pencil along the lower right. Hannah Wilke is an artist known for her pioneering feminist artwork.

Provenance: Distinguished corporate collection, Minnesota.

Sight; height: 17 3/4 in x width: 23 7/8 in. Framed; height: 25 1/2 in x width: 31 1/8 in.
Condition
The print is in great condition with no visible tears, creases, or losses. The paper is floated in the frame. There is a minor crease to the lower right and left corner. There is a minor foxing to the lower part of the print. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible restoration. Very light wear to the frame.
