Description
Arabic text on paper, composed of 9 leaves and two cut-outs blank ones. The text reads Sura No. 10 (Jonah) almost in its entirety. Nine lines to the page in Naskh calligraphy with black ink and red diacritics within a text box (159 X 100 mm) bordered by triple gold, blue and black fillets. Section margins in the form of drops with floral pendants; frontispiece missing and titles in red on gilt cartridge on blue and red background. Dark leather cover without flap.
