Provenance: Cotton birds in the air quilt, all hand pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted, with very early fabrics and unusual charm border. There are straight line and ripple designs quilted throughout at 8 stitches to the inch. The back and hand stitched, rolled binding are the same tiny print, and the batting is thin. Came out of the Laura Fisher collection.
