A Chinese peacock feather painted fan, dating from the Qing dynasty. 22 peacock feathers carefully threaded onto carved spokes/holders to produce a very elegant and beautiful fan. The white area of the feathers have a painted design. With a metal ring with tassle at the bottom of fan.
