Item Details

Description

This is an autographed signed letter written by Baroness Louise Lehzen (German/English 1784-1870). on behalf of Queen Victoria. The Baroness was the governess and later companion and adviser to Queen Victoria. Written on March 12th, 1838 to Lady Maria (possibly Conyngham).
We guarantee the authenticity of the autograph for the lifetime of the buyer.
The folio is 9 7/8 x 8".

Condition

The letter is hinged to the folio. Toning and some foxing. Minor folds.
