A collection of porcelain transferware thirty-five plates and platters; Makers include Johnson Bros, Wedgewood of Etruria & Barlason Ferrara, Brownhills Hizen pattern, GW Turner, Royal Staffordshire, Tournay, Challinor and others, most hallmarked underneath, plate sizes 10 ½” diameter to 6 ½” diameter, platters 10 ½ x 13 ½” to 14 ½ x 18 ½”; Together with two 10 ½” diameter English porcelain hand-painted plates from Gray’s Potter, Stoke-on-Trent. Condition
Some may have glazing and or firing flaws, some may have small chips, otherwise in apparently good aged condition.
