Die Widekum sind am Oberlauf des Cross-Flusses, im Westen des Kameruner Graslandes ansässig.

Über die relativ kleine Ethnie wurde bis heute wenig geforscht, aber es liegt nahe, dass die Masken dieser Region mit denen der angrenzenden Ethnien (zB den Anyang und Ekoi) verwandt sind.
