all pottery has great pictures and you can see any defects in the photos. If a piece of pottery has an issue we will do our best to list it but we do miss things. Please come in person to preview or call the gallery for a hands on condition report. All Sales are final no refunds based on condition issues. We will only ship items we can manage. Items over 30" we most likely will not ship. if your item is over 30" or weighs alot call the gallery to make sure we can ship. Shipping anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks
