Northern Europe, Viking / Norse culture, ca. 800 to 1100 CE. A fascinating piece of jewelry comprised of a Viking era iron forged spear or blade head set in a modern sterling silver pendant setting. This piece is strung on a modern cord with a lobster clasp as a wearable accessory, and has nice signs of age, with a heavy and rich dark brown patina.
