Provenance: J. J. Gillespie Gallery, Pittsburgh, with label remnants present; private ownership; Gratz Gallery, Bucks County, PA; private collection, Western PA. One of the earliest Sotter paintings to come up to auction.

In good condition, relined; professionally cleaned recently, also some old craquelure has been stabilized and small areas of inpainting done to the corners and that sit under the frame edges.
